I went to this dealer right after visiting another high-end dealer further north on Route 17. What a pleasant surprise Ramsey Infiniti offered! Instead of the arrogant, “you’re-lucky-if-we-allow-you-to-buy-a-car-from-us,” attitude that I encountered elsewhere, at Ramsey Infiniti the sales people and management were knowledgeable, friendly, and not arrogant or overly pushy at all. I was impressed with their product knowledge-both of Infiniti products, ond of the competitive products (BMW, Acura) that I was also considering. Matt was my salesman, and he did a great job of presenting the Infiniti G37x sedan that I ultimately purchased. He suggested a test drive, and it was actually fun! Matt was patient with my questions, and did an excellent job of explaining the leasing and financing options available to me. After working with Matt, I decided to skip my planned visit to a competing dealership, and buy the G37x that day. to I would recommend Ramsey infiniti, and Matt Moskal, to my family and friends, without hesitation.

I have been a Ramsey Infiniti customer for some time, and have encouraged many to buy here,including my husband. However, this most recent sales experience topped them all. Due to changes in my company’s corporate status, rather than personally lease a car, as I had been for the past 20 years, the new entity was to purchase it Due to paperwork and registration issues, the process of obtaining insurance and NY state plates was a nightmare. However, Kim Emmett with help from my sales person Alex Malke was unbelievably exceptional, professional,detail oriented, and extremely customer focused. She dealt with the bureaucracy pf Motor Vehicles with such care for me and my difficult situation; made multiple calls, multiple faxes. This type of attention was evident every single day for 5 weeks. My temporary registration was long expired, and Kim kept at it until she/we were successful. When I finally met her, it felt like we were “family”. Alex was extremely helpful from the very start- knowledgeable in the features and functions of the car, and the differences among them. He was also prompt and very reliable.

We walked into the Infiniti Dealership, and Matthew Moscal immediately came over to help me, giving me all of the technical details on the G25X. He was very factual, and knew absolutely everything about the car. He also indicated that he would be able to excuse 3 mths. of my Nissan Altima lease, which I wanted to return. We negotiated a splendid deal, and I am completely happy with my Infiniti G25X.

From my first email Ralph was responsive and straight forward. Initially the numbers did not work, so I told Ralph to keep me informed when the numbers would work towards my budget.
