Ramsey Infiniti Awarded Coveted Global NSSW Award by Nissan Motor Co.

RAMSEY, New Jersey – August 28, 2007 – Ramsey Infiniti, a subsidiary of the Ramsey Auto Group, announced today it has been awarded the coveted Global Nissan Sales and Service Way (NSSW) award by Nissan Motor Co., honoring Infiniti dealerships that achieve and maintain the highest standards of performance in customer satisfaction globally.

Ramsey Infiniti, which received the award as one of only two Infiniti dealerships worldwide to be recognized each year, has been serving Bergen County, New Jersey since 1990. The dealership provides a selection of both new and used vehicles, and maintains an extensive parts and service department.

“We’re excited to be recognized on such a worldwide level for our customer service. The award recognizes dealerships that meet Nissan’s global sales and service guidelines, established in 2000 to raise the level of the quality in sales and services in every region. Award winners must meet various requirements, including well-managed and clean facilities, service provided by thoughtful and well-informed staff, and the assurance that every individual customer is satisfied.

The dealership currently provides an array of value-added services, including abundant loaner vehicles; Saturday service and other extended service hours; additional customer service personnel; several quality assurance representatives; and other customer perks. Ramsey Infiniti recently opened doors to a new, $6,000,000 showroom and service facility, and is consistently rated in the top five for sales volume nationally.
